Azadi Sheridan

Azadi Sheridan, CEO, has approaching 30 years working with CRM technology. Practical experience in bespoke and commercial software development includes years as product manager for both eTapestry and The Raiser’s Edge as well as overseeing their product strategy outside the USA.  

Earlier in his career, he enjoyed a variety of roles in the Fundraising departments at national museums Tate and the V&A, followed by many years delivering consulting on fundraising and ticketing software as well as managing consulting organisations. Azadi enjoys volunteering and has worked on the Institute of Fundraising Technology Group, was a Trustee of Trent Park House and is currently a primary school governor. Azadi founded Productle in 2015 and enjoys making client’s data smile!

Liz Alderson

Liz Alderson, Client Services Manager, is “air traffic control” for Productle and the key point of contact for our clients, overseeing project resourcing and delivery. Liz is passionate about customer satisfaction and making sure our clients receive the best possible service, championing using technology to track progress and ensure transparency - she always has Jira and ClickUp open! Liz has a background in fundraising, including work at Crohn's and Colitis UK, NSPCC and Carers in Hertfordshire, which helps her understand the challenges many of our clients face.

Liz is a Prince2 Practitioner and likes nothing better than a completed to-do list. She is also our Chief-Coffee-Drinker and can often be spotted following up on actions with a cappuccino in hand!


James Dungate

James Dungate, Strategy Consultant, has nearly 20 years’ experience working in and leading CRM teams in the not-for-profit sector. With a background in psychology, James is interested in people and how they make decisions, both individually and in groups. This gives him a unique insight into how to maximise internal CRM adoption and external efficacy. 

He specialises in supporting organisations through long term strategic decision making, from selecting new systems and vendors to supporting process mapping and resourcing. He leads clients through changes that align business goals, audience needs and technology solutions. 

Outside of work, James has a young son who keeps him on his toes – and will hopefully inherit his love of music, golf, football and cycling! 


Alina Chihaia

Alina Chihaia, CRM Consultant, has over 12 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector and brings to the team extensive expertise in CRM systems including Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Access CRM, Advantage Fundraising, and eTapestry. She specialises in data migration and business-as-usual CRM management. 

At Productle, Alina leads initiatives across several clients, from delivering transformation for Raiser’s Edge users to building advanced SQL-based selections in Microsoft Dynamics. Alina has played a key role in complex data projects, including large-scale migrations and financial reconciliations for multi-million-pound charities. She has supported the testing and implementation of integrations between CRM platforms and payment processing systems, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow. 

Outside of work, Alina enjoys long walks and playtime with her beloved Dachshund, Daisy, who’s been known to make the occasional guest appearance on our team calls. 


Michael Pound, CRM Consultant, has nearly 20 years of expertise in the corporate and charity sectors. Michael boasts a rich background as a CRM analyst and technical architect, crafting tailored solutions by understanding each client’s unique needs. He is passionate about supporting businesses becoming more efficient through effective use of their CRM. 

Michael’s platform specific knowledge includes Dynamics 365, Salesforce NPSP, and Blackbaud. Michael has developed API integrations with 3rd Party Donation Platforms, and is enjoys the use of Power Query, Dataflow, and Power Automate. He is our resident expert in Salesforce CRM.   

Outside of work, Michael is a proud father to 2 teenage girls. On weekends you’ll likely find him poolside officiating a swimming gala, in the woods camping with cub scouts or courtside supporting a basketball game. 

Michael Pound


Dan Ingle

Dan Ingle, CRM Consultant, has a strong background in database management, data analysis, system administration, and data migration. He has led training for staff and volunteers, helping teams get the most from their CRM systems. Prior to joining Productle, Dan served as Database Manager at Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, where he oversaw a successful migration from Donor Strategy to Raiser’s Edge. 

At Productle, Dan focuses on our Cradle projects - this means project management and establishing best practices in new Dynamics 365 and Salesforce platforms. His recent work includes building systems to help manage volunteers and to integrate email queues with CRM.  

Outside of work, Dan combines technical curiosity with community spirit—volunteering his time leading Scouts and Explorers. When he’s not at his desk, you may find him running ultramarathons. 


Lewis Bishop, CRM Consultant, has over 10 years experience working across the charity and not-for-profit sectors. He has in-depth knowledge of a wide range of CRM systems including Raiser's Edge NXT, Beacon, Donorfy, Alms, Advantage Fundraiser, GoodCRM, eTapestry, and Access Charity CRM (formerly ThankQ). 

Lewis is focused on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and delivering solutions that help them make the most of their data. He supports organisations in improving data quality, refining supporter journeys, and delivering insights that drive decision-making. Lewis is particularly experienced in providing patient and practical hands-on training to ensure users feel confident and supported.  He regularly uses Power Query to prepare and transform complex datasets –and has also built tailored Power BI dashboards, helping teams monitor key metrics such as campaign income, donor retention and attrition. 

Outside of work, Lewis is a keen guitarist and enjoys learning new techniques – both musical and analytical.

Clair Tighe

Clair Tighe, CRM Consultant, has extensive experience managing and optimising CRM systems across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience includes working at schools and for corporates.  

Clair specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Beacon, Raiser’s Edge NXT, Donorfy, and the Power Platformand regularly integrates cloud platforms with Power BI to deliver more connected, data-driven insights. She is our resident expert in Dynamics and Beacon best practice.  Beyond the technical, Clair is passionate about empowering users through thoughtful onboarding, helping to embed a culture of effective data use and continuous improvement.  

When she’s not streamlining systems or building workflows, you’ll likely find her exploring charming small towns, caring for her growing collection of houseplants, or enjoying a cold drink in the sunshine. 


Molly Frankcom, CRM Consultant, is passionate about data analysis, reporting and visualisation, bringing a sharp analytical mindset to every project she undertakes. 

Since joining Productle, Molly has contributed to a range of projects across the CRM lifecycle—from gathering requirements for improvement plans to hands-on Salesforce development for international clients. She has experience working with a variety of CRM systems, including Raiser’s Edge, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce NPSP, Access CRM, and Alms.net. 

Molly has also resolvedintegration challenges with digital marketing platforms, as well as developing automation solutions to enhance customer journeys. 

Before joining Productle, Molly took a six-month solo backpacking trip from New Zealand to Thailand, exploring beaches, cities, and mountains.

Wanda Sheridan

Wanda Sheridan, Business Manager, has over 20 years of experience delivering projects in national museums. A qualified programme manager, she is passionate about good planning, strong systems, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. 

  Wanda is your main point of contact for setting up new contracts and handling invoicing, ensuring everything is in place from the start. Wanda plays a key role in quality assurance for documentation which we produce, helping the team work with clarity and consistency. Behind the scenes, she supports the team with financial management and HR systems, helping keep everything on track — and is known for lifting team spirits with a well-timed box of donuts.

Jo Fulford

Jo Fulford, Associate Consultant, has worked with data in the not-for-profit sector for over 25 years. Jo is passionate about helping organisations overcome their frustrations with poor quality data so they can make good decisions, deliver their mission efficiently and be confidently compliant.

Jo started off in supporter care and subsequently database fundraising for Christian Aid. She then ran the individual giving programme and managed the Raiser 's Edge system at Notting Hill Housing Trust. A long stint at the Advertising Standards Authority gave Jo extensive exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM through her work as a business analyst and project manager to deliver process, system and data improvements.  Jo is a Certified Data Management Professional (DAMA) and also has formal qualifications in Business Analysis from the BCS.


Megan Girvalo

Megan Girvalo, Associate Consultant, is an experienced Raiser’s Edge consultant, passionate about empowering non-profits to get the most out of their data. She has over 10 years’ experience working with not-for-profits across the UK, US and Italy - including several years as a senior consultant for Blackbaud Europe where she guided customers through their RE NXT software implementations. Her other experience includes graphic/web design, marketing & advertising and customer service. In addition, she is a certified yoga teacher.


Alistair McLeod

Alistair McLeod, Associate Consultant, is a business and technology leader with over 30 years of experience in technology and professional services, dedicated to building sustainable businesses through a people-centric approach that incorporates culture and technology. His previous role as an Executive Director at a Global Consultancy firm provided him with a unique blend of business acumen and technology know-how.  In 2019, he established Gray Fox Consulting, a boutique practice that specialises in helping clients achieve their strategic objectives through a combination of strategy, people, and technology services. His range of services allows small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve scalable growth, and he works with a diverse range of industries, including professional services, technology firms, AEC, and social enterprises. Alistair is unbiased towards technology and prioritises practical and feasible recommendations over the latest fad.


Barsana Gohil, Associate Consultant, has a background in application development, with a consulting career including LogicaCMG (now CGI), EDS and Wildnet.  Her experience encompasses .net and SSIS development, including as a team lead.  In recent years, she has undertaken significant data integration, data migration and fundraising system customisation projects at AvMA, Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, Concern Worldwide, Crohn’s and Colitis UK, Caritas Salford and MAP.


Uslan Cevet, Associate Consultant, has created, produced and managed award winning digital content for clients in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally. He has a strong background in email services including DotDigital, Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor, as well as software suites from Adobe CS to Office 365.

Uslan set-up content marketing agency Axon’s digital division. There he produced and managed cross platform mobile apps, digital content, microsite, websites, e-commerce platforms, customer retention schemes, data acquisition & implementation, email marketing and social media initiatives for clients including M&S, NCT, DFS & Tesco.

Samir Afhim

Samir Afhim, Associate Consultant, is a successful and transformative charity leader with an extensive history of delivering sustainable income generation, digital maturity, infrastructure, and culture change. He is highly experienced in strategy development with extensive experience of leading strategy review processes and assurance with key stakeholders across, governance, staff, and beneficiary/supporters.  Samir is also an expert in infrastructure renovation delivering the digital transformation and full systems/process/culture change at multiple organisations, through user centred design and agile project management methodologies. Career highlights include outperforming income budget by £2 million during the pandemic by developing and embedding a digital first agile approach to development delivery across the charity as Director of Fundraising and Communications at Freedom from Torture and tripling income and delivering a completely new systems infrastructure as Director of Income Generation at Crohn's and Colitis UK. 


Victoria Philips

Victoria Philips, Associate Consultant, is a Raiser’s Edge specialist having been a database manager and administrator for more than 20 years.  Her experience has involved delivering data migrations, software implementations, process developments, data quality improvements and training programmes, and includes senior roles at NSPCC, Leonard Cheshire and Target Ovarian Cancer.

She has a particular interest in streamlining processes to help organisations and their users.
