Biography

Azadi Sheridan MInstF has enjoyed over fifteen years in the business of not-for-profit technology.

Earlier in his career, this included a variety of fundraising and database management at national museums the V&A and Tate. This was followed by seven years consulting at Blackbaud Inc (the world’s largest vendor of software exclusively for not-for-profits) where he worked for clients around the UK and further around Europe also.

He has over a decade of experience volunteering for the Institute of Fundraising Technology Group, putting on events to educate fundraisers, including many years as Chair.

Recently, he was a product manager for eTapestry and The Raiser’s Edge – the two most used fundraising systems in the world – focused on researching fundraising users and developing solutions for them. Through those years, he built a strong belief that combining the best of User Experience design and software development expertise gives users the best experience.

In 2014, he-cofounded the tech Social Enterprise HearToday, trying to solve health data communication problems globally.  Through that, he gained a deeper experience of mobile app development, as well as the pleasures and pains of leading in a startup!

These experiences allowed him the opportunity to speak at conferences around Europe and work with not-for-profits around the world. As someone who wants to make more amazing products for more amazing people around the world, he started Productle.

He still volunteers for the IoF Tech Group; as the host of the monthly IoFT3T event.
